Refer a Case
Phil and Harry have both worked in primary care practice, so we know how busy you are. We want to make it as quick and easy as possible to refer patients to us. You have three options:
- Use our online rVetLink portal, use the links provided.

Please note:
If you would like to refer a case for outpatient CT, you can either use the outpatient imaging request form or our online rVetLink portal.
If you would like to use our free X-ray reporting service use the radiograph report request form.
rVetLink Portal
Log in to your account to make a referral. Here you can see full functionalities such as Patient Chart, Profile and Settings etc.
Guest rVetLink Portal
If you do not yet have an account with our platform, please use our guest referral link. Our guest referral will give direct access to the Referral Form without needing to login first, although you’ll need an account to see full functionalities such as Patient Chart, Profile and Settings, etc.
