Payment Policy
Insured and uninsured pets
Payment is requested at the time of the first consultation. If your pet is undergoing a procedure we will request that you pay the full cost at the time of admission. Alternatively please pay by phone in advance of the appointment for your pet’s procedure. All of our procedures are fixed-price so you will know beforehand exactly how much treatment is going to cost.
Direct insurance claims
If your pet is insured and you are unable to pay the full cost of treatment upfront we may consider making a direct claim whereby your insurer pay us rather than you. To make a direct claim we will usually pre-authorise treatment to ensure that your insurer will cover our fees. Please note that we will only make a direct claim if our fees exceed £1,000.
